Kilworth Theatre Trip to see Hairspray

A full coach of 36 made the journey to Kilworth House Theatre, and whilst the weather threatened it never interfered with the outing. A pre visit to Palmers Garden Centre, which I have to say was most impressive, and most of the group took advantage of the café. We arrived at Kilworth and had an hour to enjoy the picnics we had brought, before walking to the theatre to take our seats. What followed for nearly 2 hours was a joyous mix of great singing and dancing by a fine group of actors, singers and dancers who spared no effort in entertaining us. This was my first visit to Kilworth and it was a great experience, so unusual from normal theatres and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Keep an eye open for when we are able to confirm what show they will put on next year, as I am sure we intend to return.
