Motorcycle Group

This group is about ‘social biking’. We are not racers. We enjoy a leisurely ride along the minor roads, taking in the countryside scenery, visiting local attractions and of course stopping off at cafes for refreshments. Formed in 2019 the group has seven members who own various bikes from genuine vintage bikes to modern adventure bikes. Rideouts are organised and ideas shared in a private WhatsApp group. We have had a number of interesting and varied rideouts, including a trip to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight with hangar tour, a visit to and tour of North Leverton Windmill and a ride to Foxton Locks. Occasional adhoc rideouts occur in addition to the regular monthly rideout. Weather permitting of course!

  • Group Leader: Phil Gregg.
  • Meetings: Every second Thursday in the month. Including winter months, weather permitting (may be varied to suit the weather).
