Keep Fit Group


The hour consists of stretching, balance, yoga exercises and some Pilates. Some reasonable level of mobility is needed as some of the exercises take place on the floor and anyone using a stick would find the standing and balance exercises difficult.
Please come along to any session to see what we do and to discuss your needs with our teacher Judy Ayling.

  • Equipment needed: A yoga mat and a bottle of water.
