The classes deal with practical issues of health and diet. Members are provided with information leaflets.

- Meetings: Third Wednesday each month apart from school holidays.
- Time: 4 pm – 6 pm.
- Approx. Cost per member: £3.
- Venue: South Notts Academy.
- Equipment needed: Apron and containers to transport finished items.
